Estimate Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: November 11, 2025

Please read these terms carefully. By accepting an Estimate from HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Estimate and Validity

1.1. Estimate Only, Not a Quote: This document is an Estimateof potential costs and time, not a fixed-price Quote or a legally binding contract for the final price. The estimate is provided based on a visual inspection and/or the information and specifications provided by the Client.

1.2. Price is Subject to Change: The final price of the services may vary from the estimated amount due to, but not limited to, the following factors: Unforeseen Conditions: Discovery of hidden damage, unforeseen structural issues, or conditions not visible at the time of the initial assessment (e.g., rot, mold, electrical issues behind walls, or sub-surface asphalt damage). Material Price Fluctuations: Unexpected increases in the cost of materials (e.g., sealant, lumber, or hardware) between the date of the Estimate and the date of purchase. Changes in Scope of Work (Change Orders): Any changes, additions, or modifications to the tasks or materials requested by the Client after the Estimate is provided.

1.3. Estimate Validity: This Estimate, including the estimated pricing, is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar daysfrom the date issued. After this period, HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC reserves the right to revise the pricing, labor, and/or material costs.

2. Scope of Work

2.1. Defined Services: HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC will perform only the services and utilize only the materials explicitly described and listed in this Estimate.

2.2. Exclusions: Unless specifically listed in the Estimate, the following items are expressly excluded from the services and pricing: The cost and responsibility for obtaining any necessary permits, inspections, or HOA approvals. The removal of hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, lead paint). Any work required to correct latent or pre-existing conditions not explicitly included in the work description. Repair of any item or system found to be defective or damaged prior to the start of the job.

2.3. Change Orders: Any request by the Client to change the Scope of Work (additions, deletions, or modifications) must be submitted in writing and verbally approved by a HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC representative. Changes will result in a revised Estimate or a separate Change Order, outlining the new price and/or schedule adjustment. Work on the Change Order will not commence until the Change Order is formally accepted by the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. Site Access and Clearance: The Client must provide clear access to the work area and ensure that any fragile, valuable, or personal property is removed from the vicinity before work begins. HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC is not responsible for moving client-owned items unless explicitly included in the Scope of Work.

3.2. Utilities: The Client is responsible for ensuring the availability of necessary utilities, including water and electricity, at the job site.

3.3. Concealed Obstructions: The Client warrants that the work area is clear of concealed pipelines, electrical lines, cables, or other obstructions not disclosed to HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC prior to the Estimate. HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC is not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked obstructions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Acceptance Deposit: A deposit may be required to formally schedule the work and purchase materials. The deposit amount and due date will be specified separately.

4.2. Invoicing and Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final payment is due upon completion of the work. Any invoice not paid within 15 days will be subject to a late payment charge of 5% per month, or the maximum amount allowed by Missouri law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

5.1. Warranty: HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC warrants that the work will be performed in a professional, workmanlike manner. Any specific warranties on materials will be limited to the manufacturer's warranty. This express warranty is the sole warranty of HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC.

5.2. Limitation of Liability: In the event of a dispute, the liability of HoneyDo of Missouri, LLC for any and all claims related to the performance or non-performance of the services shall not exceed the total price paid by the Client for the services provided under this Estimate/Contract.

6. Governing Law

6.1. Missouri Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions and any resulting Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri.

Deposit for Client Acceptance

By submitting a deposit, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, and accept the Estimate to proceed with the services outlined, subject to these terms.
